Si los problemas se presentan en la versión web, es otro el soporte al cual debes comunicarte :D

Por esto mismo te pregunto, el problema que presencias, los correos en la carpeta de programados que no puedes eliminar, ¿están en la Aplicación móvil?¿ en la versión web? ¿o en ambos?
