La valorización mediante el método

La valorización mediante el método de múltiplos de empresas comparables requiere: i) la elaboración de una lista de empresas comparables, ii) el levantamiento de la información financiera de dichas empresas, iii) la realización de los ajustes necesarios de manera que dicha información sea efectivamente comparable, iv) el cálculo de los múltiplos relevantes, y v) la determinación del valor de la compañía en base a los múltiplos anteriormente calculados.
