The behavior “Demonstrates Integrit

The behavior “Demonstrates Integrity” represents how the person deals with others in an open, honest, respectful and fair manner.  Behaving with integrity means making decisions—and gaining results—without compromising the values of Johnson Controls.  This behavior is sustained, even when there is potential risk.
Key question:  How do you act in a way that is open, honest and consistent with the values of Johnson Controls and do what is right even when it is difficult?
