en el móvil no puedo ver una carpet

en el móvil no puedo ver una carpeta "BANAMEX" (no aparece), pero cuando selecciono mover, si aparece al dar en "aceptar" realmente está enviando a la carpeta "Archivo", que es carpeta de la aplicación y no la carpeta creada como "BANAMEX", ya restaure la cuenta también elimine y volví a instalar la aplicación como se me sugirió anteriormente sin obtener resultados positivos, todo lo demás funciona bien y en la PC no tengo problemas, por su atención y pronta respuesta gracias
