VRIJDAG 20.30
Opmerking voor de clubafgevaardigden:
Het dragen van een zwemvest tijdens de wedstrijden is VERPLICHT voor pupillen en miniemen !!!
Alle jeugdspelen moeten in MK1 afgelegd worden.
Voor de kortebaanwedstrijden zijn alle boten verplicht het voorziene traject van start tot aankomst in het midden
van hun aangeduide baan af te leggen.
Op de voorvergadering worden uitsluitend met het nummer van de vaarder wijzigingen of bijschrijvingen gemeld.
Voor vaarders die nog geen nummer hebben kan een nummer gevraagd worden aan Stijn De Wandel of Valentijn
Demeyer voor aanvang van de vergadering.

Note pour les délégués du club:
Le port d'un gilet de sauvetage pendant les courses est OBLIGATOIRE pour les pupillen et miniemen!
Les jeux de la jeunesse doivent être faits avec MK1.
Dans les courses de courtes distances tous les bateaux doivent être au milieu de la ligne, du début à la fin.
Tous les changements au réunion doivent être faits avec le numéro de l'athlète. Pour des athlètes sans numéro,
voudriez bien demander à Stijn De Wandel ou Valentine Demeyer avant la réunion.

Remark to the teamleaders:
Pupillen and miniemen have to wear a ‘life’ jacket during their races !!!
All youth games have to be done in MK1!
In the short-distance-races all boats have to paddle in the middle of the lane from start to finish.
On the teamleadersmeeting changes or new entries have to be done with the number of de paddler. For paddlers
who don’t have a number you can ask Valentijn Demeyer or Stijn De Wandel for a number before the meeting.

PRIJSUITREIKING JEUGDSPELEN EN LANGE BAAN
ZATERDAG 20.30
Na de wedstrijden van de lange baan geven we graag iedereen de tijd om zich om te kleden en te eten, maar
daarna nodigen we iedereen uit op de prijsuitreiking in de clubbar.
Daar zal onze voorzitter jullie verwelkomen, kan onze barman jullie dorst lessen en worden alle prijzen en
medailles uitgedeeld.
CÉREMONIE JEUX DE JEUNESSE ET LONGUES DISTANCES
SAMEDI 20.30
Après les courses du longues distances nous donnons à chacun le temps de s'habiller et manger, mais après nous
invitons tout le monde à la cérémonie dans le bar du club.
Notre président va vous accueillir, notre barman va s'occuper de votre soif et tous les prix et médailles ont seront
distribuées.
MEDAL CEREMONY
SATURDAY 20.30
After the races of the long distances we will give everybody the time to change and have a meal, but then we
would like to invite everybody to the medal ceremony in the clubbar.
Our president will welcome you, our bartender will take away your thirst and we will hand out all prices and
medals.

Beste vaarders en trainers
Mogen we tijdens de regatta Uw medewerking vragen om alle afval goed te sorteren. We willen ons steentje bijdragen aan het
milieubehoud én vragen daarom Uw medewerking.
Via bijgevoegd blad kunt U duidelijk zien hoe het afval MOET gesorteerd worden.
Hebben jullie vragen of bepaalde zakken tekort? U kunt er altijd vragen in het onthaal.

Nous demandons votre coopération pour trier tous les déchets. Nous prenons soins de l’environnement et donc demandons
aussi votre aide.
Sur la feuille ci-jointe vous voyez comment les déchets doivent être triés.
Si vous avez des questions ou besoin des sacs poubelles, vous pouvez toujours aller à la réception.
