El presente estudio desarrolla un plan de acción estratégico para la Cuenca Katari con el fin de complementar y mejorar su Gestión Integral de Recursos Hídricos y Manejo Integral de Cuencas.Para lo anterior, se propone la realización de un diagnóstico de la situación actual, que identifique las situaciones problema con respecto al agua en la cuenca, esto en base al estado del arte de la misma que tomará en cuenta toda la información disponible.
