Hola....tengo una muy buena noticia...por fin he solucionado el problema de no poder ver los mensajes en la carpeta de la papelera...
a continuación te detallo los pasod que e realizado por si este problema le llegará a surgir a otra persona y le pueda servir.
1* He borrado todas las cuentas de la aplicacion
2* Desinstale la aplicación de Outlook del movil
3* Reinicie el móvil
4* Volví a instalar la aplicación de nuevo
5* Puse de nuevo las cuentas de correo
6* Salí de la aplicacion
7* Volví a entrar en la aplicación de Outlook.

Y por fin,problema resuelto!!!!!, he borrado unos mensajes ,fui a la papelera, pinche en el icono y después de unos segundos me aparecieron los mensajes borrados y desde ahí los pude borrar definitivamente o recuperarlos.
Espero que siga así funcionando.

Te quiero dar las gracias de nuevo por todo lo que as hecho en intentar solucionar mi problema, te lo digo de verdad.

6 * I got out of the application
7 * reentered Outlook application.

and finally, problem solved !!!!!, I deleted some messages went to the trash, click on the icon and after a few seconds I I was deleted messages and from there the could definitely or recover deleted.
I hope it stays that way working.
